Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
ByMarilo guarantees consumer satisfaction. You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return or exchange an item, provided that the merchandise is in its original condition, i.e. in its original packaging undamaged.

RETURN BY POST
To make a return by mail, please contact customer service by email at marie@bymarilo.com.

As soon as we receive your package, we will analyze your return request and we will credit your account with the price of the returned item using the original payment method. We will then inform you of the transaction by email or telephone.


It will be very important to properly package the returned jewelry(s) in order to avoid any damage that would not be covered by our return and warranty policy.


POLICY DETAILS:
1. In the case of an exchange, price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are the responsibility of the customer.
2. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage incurred when returning merchandise.
3. In the case of an online purchase by multiple payments (e-gift card and credit card), we reserve the right to return the full value of the refund to the gift card used during the initial purchase.
